NonProfitSaver started with Mike's own bills. A review at Storyline Missions found the ministry was paying business prices for QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace, and an outside provider for bookkeeping and administration it could do in house. The full story and numbers are on our About page.

How our guides are made

• Mike sets the topics and the standards and is responsible for corrections.
• Guides are researched and drafted with AI assistance. Every price, limit and eligibility rule is checked against the vendor's or regulator's own page, linked where it's first stated, and dated.
• Where a vendor doesn't publish something, the guide says so instead of estimating. Tax and legal topics are written as checklists to review with a CPA or attorney, not advice.
