Terms of Service

NonProfitSaver is operated by NonProfit Saver, based in Texas. By using NonProfitSaver ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The free audit and report

The audit and report are free. They estimate potential savings by comparing what you tell us you pay with nonprofit pricing published by vendors and authorized nonprofit programs.

Estimates, not guarantees. Savings figures are estimates based on the information you provide and on published pricing as of the verification dates shown. Vendors set their own eligibility rules, can change or end programs at any time, and decide whether your organization qualifies. Nonprofit plans may not include every feature of your current plan. You're responsible for confirming eligibility, features, and terms with each vendor before making changes.

Not professional advice. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Compliance-related items (for example, ministerial housing allowances, payroll classification, state registration, or tax exemptions) are general checklists for discussion with a qualified professional.

Independence. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by the vendors we mention. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Paid services

Implementation Roadmap and Done-With-You services are priced as a percentage of validated estimated first-year savings, with minimum and maximum fees shown at the time of your request.

• Requesting a service doesn't create a charge. We confirm eligibility, scope, and the final fee with you by email first; the final fee will not exceed the quoted fee.
• If the savings we validate before delivering your roadmap don't exceed the fee, we'll refund the fee in full.
• Fees are one-time. Estimated savings are not realized savings; actual results depend on vendor decisions and on you completing the steps.
• We don't take control of your accounts. You remain responsible for decisions and changes made in your systems, including backing up data before migrations.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, other people's data without authorization, passwords or credentials, or anything unlawful. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or circumvent the security of the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or the results of vendor decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
