You see the problems, then a mockup, then you decide
- Free review. We read your public pages like a visitor would and send the biggest problems, ranked, with what we saw.
- Mockup. If a new homepage would help, you get a mockup built from your real content and photos.
- Fixed price and deposit. A one-page agreement with the scope, timeline and price, then the 50% deposit.
- Build. We build it, you review it, and revisions are included.
- Final check before launch. Mike Krieg reviews every site before it goes live: every page, form and redirect.
- Launch and a 30-day check. We confirm it's live, then check it again a month later.
The site you're reading is ours
We built and run NonProfitSaver.com: server-rendered pages with no heavy framework, a layout tested at phone and desktop widths before every release, and a sitemap and structured data on every page. Client sites get the same tools and the same checks.
This service is new, so there are no client sites to show yet. We'll add before-and-after examples once clients agree to share them.

Questions
How did you set the price?
We collected published prices for nonprofit and church websites from agencies, freelancer marketplaces and church site builders, took the median for each kind of project, and set ours 25% below it. Prices checked 2026-10-24.
Is there a cheaper way?
Yes. If someone on your team has the time, a do-it-yourself builder costs far less: Squarespace's Basic plan is $16 a month billed annually, and Tithely Sites is $19 a month. Some church platforms include a free site makeover with their subscription, such as Nucleus on its $99 a month Standard plan. Prices checked 2026-10-24. We're the better fit when nobody has the time, or the site has to do more than a template allows.
What does the free review cost?
Nothing, and there's no obligation. You get a short report on your site's biggest problems, ranked, with what we saw. If a new homepage would help, we may include a mockup of it.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain, hosting, analytics and content stay in accounts in your organization's name. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit to start and 50% at launch, by a payment link we send. The price is fixed in writing before you pay anything.
Do you put your name on our site?
Only if you want it. You can choose a small "Site by NonProfit Saver" line in the footer, or leave it off.
Which platform do you use?
A fast static site on Cloudflare when your pages change a few times a month, or WordPress when your team edits often. For a refresh we keep the platform you have unless it's the problem.
How many projects do you take?
2 a month, so each one gets real attention. Mike Krieg reviews every site before it launches.
Not ready for a new site?
Start with the free savings audit. It shows any software you pay full price for when nonprofit pricing exists, and those savings can help pay for a site later.
