1. Start with your email and organization name

Your email is how we deliver the report and let you return to it. No password, and no marketing email unless you check the separate opt-in box.

2. Answer a few questions about your organization

Organization type, size, and budget range. Eligibility for nonprofit programs often depends on these. A church, a school, and a 501(c)(3) food bank can qualify for different programs.

3. Add your subscriptions

Search our catalog or type any vendor. Enter what you pay, monthly or annual, and whether you already get nonprofit pricing. Your progress saves automatically, so a refresh won't lose your work.

4. We match against verified nonprofit pricing

Our database records each program's nonprofit price, eligibility rules, seat limits, application steps, and known catches, along with an official source link and the date we last checked it. Prices older than our re-verification window are automatically downgraded from "verified" to "conditional" until someone re-checks them.

5. Your free report

You'll see your total software spend, verified and conditional savings, estimated first-year savings after switching effort, savings by category, and a prioritized list of next steps. You can view it online, get it by email, or save it as a PDF.

6. Optional: get help implementing

Some savings are a five-minute application. Others, like moving QuickBooks to a nonprofit subscription, require a new account and a careful data migration. If you'd like a step-by-step plan for your situation, our Implementation Roadmap covers it.
