How to apply
- Gather an official document confirming nonprofit status (e.g. IRS determination letter)
- Submit the nonprofit discount request form with organization name, country, government registration number (if any) and the document
- Receive a decision within one business day; approved requests get a 50%-off promo code
- Apply the promo code at checkout when purchasing a new annual Premium Site plan
Catches and limitations
- Premium Site plan only; Basic, Ecommerce, Platform and Workspace plans and add-ons excluded
- New plans only; Webflow Support can't apply the code to an existing plan
- Switching an existing paid site means cancelling (no refund for unused time) and brief downtime
- Discount lasts 12 months, then renews at full price; to keep it you cancel, reapply and repurchase, which takes the site offline again
- One discount per Workspace per 12 months
Switching: If the site already has a paid Site plan, the code can't be added to it: you must cancel and buy a new annual Premium plan. Cancelling forfeits unused time (no proration) and drops the site to Starter, taking it offline and disconnecting the custom domain until the new plan is bought and the domain reconnected. Best done at renewal.
