How to apply
- Sign up for a free Jotform account (or use your existing one; cancel any active paid subscription first, per Jotform support)
- Open 'Claim Your Discount' on the nonprofit pricing page and fill out the application with your organization's details
- Upload proof of nonprofit status and submit
- Wait for approval by email, then choose a Bronze, Silver or Gold plan at the discounted rate
Catches and limitations
- Existing paid subscription must be canceled before applying (Jotform support, Oct 2025); forms over Starter limits may be unavailable until the discounted plan is active
- Enterprise discount is only 30%, and Enterprise pricing is not published
- Bronze, Silver and Gold are single-user plans
- Approval is required; the application form's exact document requirements were not readable on the page (support replies mention proof of nonprofit status)
