Opening the kit
After payment we email a private link from reports@nonprofitsaver.com to the address you gave Stripe. Open it on any device; there's no account or password. Anyone with the link can open the kit, so keep it within your team.
Lost your link?
Enter the email you used at checkout and we'll send a new link. For security, the new link replaces the old one.
Updates
Your access lasts 12 months from purchase. Every update in that time appears at the same link, and each section shows the date it was last updated. After 12 months the link stops working; anything you downloaded or printed is yours to keep.
Refunds
Ask within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full $97 to your card through Stripe, no questions asked. To ask, use the contact form (topic: Google Ad Grants kit) from your purchase email. When the refund is issued, the kit link stops working.
